Vanessa is the Manager and Transaction Coordinator specializing in marketing and property/client management. Vanessa is a combat vet who was deployed in Iraq while in the United States Army. Upon retiring, Vanessa worked in the medical field assisting families navigate the complicated world of insurance. Vanessa assisted families who were either uninsured or underinsured obtain the medical care they needed. Vanessa’s attentiveness and attention to detail gives clients the peace of mind during the homebuying process.
Vanessa is the backbone of the team. Vanessa is the key to facilitating a successful escrow transaction. There is a high volume of paperwork that Vanessa makes certain is complete and thorough. Throughout the process of successfully closing of a transaction there are more than 20 people that Vanessa is responsible for coordinating. Most importantly, Vanessa ensures that the transaction closes according to your expectations. Vanessa is always available to address any questions or concerns that arise.
In addition to finding new homes for buyers, Vanessa provides weekly status updates in the form of a letter or a telephone call, regarding potential buyers that viewed listed properties. Vanessa also provides the status of any offers that are submitted, schedules open house appointments, and forwards all copies of advertisements to the client.
